The Star Scoop:
What are three things you can throw out there to help us get to know you better?
Justin Shenkarow:
I'm charismatic, I'm a lot of fun to be around, and I'm a hard worker. Hopefully talented [laughs]. Everyone can judge that based on their own views. Those are a few things.
The Star Scoop:
Tell us why you wanted to be involved in Millionaire Matchmaker.
Justin Shenkarow:
I thought it would be fun. I thought it would be a great opportunity to have some fun, exposure and have the opportunity to possibly meet someone that I could have a relationship with.
The Star Scoop:
You're successful, good looking. Why are you single in the first place?
Justin Shenkarow:
[Laughs]. L.A. is a tough place to meet people. And especially as an actor, I'm not really interested in dating actresses so therefore it's hard to find someone to meet. It's easy to find someone in your industry, but it's hard to find people outside your industry.
The Star Scoop:
How was the overall experience?
Justin Shenkarow:
I thought it was a blast! It was really fun. I had an opportunity to meet a lot of different women from different backgrounds and chose one, and we had a fantastic date. I'll let you see the rest of the show to let you know how it turns out. It was a great experience overall.

How did you interact with Patti?
Justin Shenkarow:
She's quite the character. We butt heads on a couple issues, but I also think that she's an expert at what she does. I ceded to her advice when it came to certain factors. That was it.
The Star Scoop:
As far as advice you can give people to becoming successful, what would you say?
Justin Shenkarow:
It's interesting, because I'm working on a reality show that deals with similar concepts on how to become a millionaire. A lot of it boils down to really hard work and becoming an expert at what you do, and then being able to network properly so that you are able to hook your skills up with people that are in the industry that you're trying to get into, break into, or excel in. Especially in the new technology world...there's so many opportunities to be online and write books and do podcasts. Whatever industry you're in, it's definitely worthwhile to cross platform your profession into various categories.

What made you interested in developing a show?
Justin Shenkarow:
I love acing, and I'm continuing to act. But in addition to that, I love writing. I've been writing for a couple years and also producing as well. A lot of actors get to the point where we want to do more than just act...that's sort of where I am right now. I want to continue acting but I'm also enjoying the creativity process of developing projects and also producing and developing them.
The Star Scoop:
Can you talk more about your projects?
Justin Shenkarow:
Sure. The reality show that I'm working on right now is actually called "How to Become a Millionaire." It's a cable reality show, which we're pitching right now to various networks. So I'm excited about that. I also have a real estate company as well, which people can check out. It's called positivecashflownetwork.com. As an actor I do a lot of voiceovers. I just worked on James Cameron's Avatar. I worked on Blindside, which is Sandra Bullock's film. I worked on Valentine's Day. I worked on Extraordinary Measures with Harrison Ford and Brendan Fraser. Just excited to get back in and hopefully I'm also up for a couple different TV shows but I can't really talk about them because nothing is done yet. Definitely a possibility.
